Dr. Mongezi C Makhalima - Accredited Master Coach (ABCCCP)
Mongezi is an organisation development specialist,
organisational learning expert & Accredited Master coach with 20 years experience in corporates
and NGO's across the continent including Zambia, Nigeria, Kenya & Mozambique. He is the founder of the Pretoria
Centre for Work-Based learning, a professional development outfit that g, Coaching & Coaching Psychology,
Organisation Development, Local Government and Entrepreneurship . He is also
chairman of the The Entrepreneurship
Academy of South Africa,The South
African National youth orchestra Foundation and The Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting & Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP).
He also sits as non-executive director on several boards in the NGO, music &
film sectors.
Mongezi is also one of the founding members of the Special Interest
Group on Consulting and Coaching Psychology with the Society for Industrial and Organisational Psychologists of South Africa
(SIOPSA).He is one of the early members of the International Society for Coaching Psychology (ISCP). He is former chairperson of the Membership Criteria and Standards of Competence committee with COMENSA, former Deputy Provincial Chairperson of the Gauteng provincial chapter.
Mongezi holds a BCom in Industrial Psychology and Business management, an MBA through the University of the North West, an MA in Coaching Psychology (Work-based Learning) from Middlesex University in the UK as well as a post-graduate certificate in group process consultancy (using the tavistock methodology) through the University of South Africa. He has also just completed his PhD in Organisational Psychology. Mongezi has presented and written widely on the subject of coaching, mentoring and leadership.

Nomsa Matsohi
Nomsa has five years of experience as an Executive Coach dealing with middle and executive level clients in both the public and private sectors. The experience in teacher training and corporate business leadership has provided a unique background to achieving high impact leadership development and performance enhancement for principals and medium to small business owners. She focuses in individual and team coaching for executive leaders and their teams and, senior management.
Nomsa has more than ten year’s corporate business experience and entrepreneurship. She taught, lectured and headed a Science Department at a National Teacher Training College in Lesotho. She started and ran her businesses in Lesotho and South Africa.During her tenure in Lesotho she was elected executive and third vice-president of the Lesotho Chamber of Commerce.
Her business acumen was honed in an illustrious career spanning over 15 years with an international company Justine-Avon, culminating in a position of Senior Manager, Business Development and logistics, a position held for five years to 2005. She was awarded the DSA personality of the year in 2000 by the National Direct Sales Association and in 2001 she received the leadership award from Justine-Avon. She is the author of several articles on applied research and conflict resolution in education, an area of special interest because of her first hand experience of conflict situations in schools. Rejoice has presented papers at national and international conferences on leadership and gender equality, and has also published two books on conflict resolution and leadership in schools. She also has had the benefit of working on inter-racial conflict in Groutville.
“In 2007 she qualified as a life and business coach with the University of Johannesburg. She completed her MPhil with the University of Stellenbosch in January 2012. . Her coaching evaluation methodology, that formed the core of her MPhil thesis, is now being used as a benchmark in qualitative methodology .An abridged article of her thesi was published in the University OF Stellenbosch Business School, Agenda, A leadership lab Magazine.
She also holds a BSc Biology with Education, (UBLS), and Science Teacher Education (Leeds University and Scotland-UNESCO Programme)”

Dr Dumisani Magadlela
Dumisani work and business experience has taken him from being a university lecturer for over six years, to multiple senior management roles in the public and private sector. He supervises and examines Masters Students in universities across South Africa. He has served in the United Nations (UNDP) both as a consultant and employee. Dumi has previously worked as a Regional Manager, Senior Strategist and internal coach for the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). In April 2010 Dumi was part of a management team that set up the operations of the Pan-African Capacity Building Programme (PACBP) within the DBSA, providing training and capacity building support to the DBSA clients across the African continent. His executive coaching and leadership facilitation clients have included Multi-Choice, ABSA, Nampak, Transnet, SARS, Western Cape Provincial Local Government, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Department of Home Affairs, Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (GEP), among others.
Dumisani is an internationally experienced leadership development facilitator, leadership coach and coach trainer. He was trained in the Gestalt International Organizational Systems Development programme run by the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland, USA. He completed a leadership and emotional intelligence development programme with the UNDP and Teleos Leadership Institute (USA) called Leadership in the 21st Century in 2005, and another leadership development programme called Leadership Development for Results programme. He was accredited as a leadership facilitator and trainer on Worldsview Nine Conversations in Leadership programme, and has facilitated local and international events, including Knowledge Resources Annual Coaching and Mentoring Conference and African Leadership Seminars across the African continent. He facilitates executive teams strategic conversations and staff engagements or focus group discussion sessions, among others. He is highly versatile as a facilitator, and used a range of adaptable tools to ensure optimum delegates participation. He has facilitated African Leadership seminars and given presentations on African and global leadership development issues on different forums. He has given key-note addresses on transformation and leadership in changing environments, including for the Mining Indaba in SA during November in 2012.
